3 Healthy Habits To Connect With Spirit


I like to take daily walks with my dog. Exercise keeps the body functioning properly. Meditation is another healthy daily habit I practice. Freeing the mind itself allows greater connection with spirit. Then, connecting with nature. You don’t have to be a tree hugger like me, but noticing and observing nature brings calming, and connects you to the here and now. Many of us are bombarding ourselves daily with our own thoughts. When we practice healthy habits we are retraining our bodies and minds to attune to a higher vibration level. It’s important that we take care of ourselves wholly, mind, body, and spirit. When you feel good, you think good and vice versa.
